Microsoft's Cross-Tenant User Data Migration add-on covers mailboxes and OneDrive, but it does not include Viva Engage. Our tool migrates communities, threads, replies, files and reactions, keeps original authors and dates, and maps users from the source tenant to the target tenant.

Divestitures need care. We help legal, HR and IT agree exactly which communities and content leave, run test loads in the new tenant, and complete the move in waves that match the deal timeline.

Can Microsoft move Viva Engage between tenants?

Microsoft's Cross-Tenant User Data Migration add-on does not include Viva Engage, so communities and conversations need a dedicated migration tool.

Can we move only part of a network for a divestiture?

Yes. We select communities, members and date ranges so only the content that belongs to the divested business moves.

Do posts keep their original authors and dates?

Yes. Authors are mapped from the source tenant to accounts in the target tenant, and posts keep their original timestamps.

Does the data leave our environment?

No. The migration tool runs in your own Azure environment.
